About the Littleton Group
Dick Littleton has his "F List" in order. First comes his Faith as a dedicated Christian, ordained deacon at First Baptist Church and a member of the Gideons. Next is his Family including wife and partner Kathy, 4 grown children and 4 very special grandchildren. After that are the Friends that he has made in his 60+ years. Finally comes Fishing, something Dick has enjoyed since boyhood. He makes some productive fishing lures, paid part of his college tuition as a fishing guide and has won a few bass tournaments over the years.
He's pretty good in real estate, too. Since 1986 he has closed over 3500 transactions and in 2002 received "The Legend" designation through Prudential Real Estate. He received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2007 and currently serves as President of the Clarksville Association of Realtors. Don't expect to find Dick in a coat and tie. He says that he's sold far more homes in his blue jeans than in his marrying and burying clothes.
Prior to entering real estate in 1986, he spent 18 years in public education including 13 years in administration at the college level. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Austin Peay State University and is an active supporter of his alma mater. A sports fan, he enjoys basketball, football and watching the Tennessee Titans.

When it comes to having a "Green Thumb", Kathy Littleton is at the head of the class. Raised as a city girl, Kathy and husband Dick moved to the country 15 years ago and she has amazed friends with her uncanny ability to grow beautiful flowers. Her days away from the office find her in one of her numerous flower gardens adding color and beauty to the landscape. Besides being an accomplished gardener, Kathy is also a very competitive tennis player and constantly frustrates her opponents by running down shots where others would give up and concede the point.
Kathy left a successful insurance career in 1995 to join her husband in real estate. She soon discovered a special knack for reviewing and revising floor plans to give the buyer more living and storage space. According to her, "Men keep designing houses for women to buy so I make my changes the way a woman would want them". She prefers working with buyers and helping them match their housing needs to the best available properties. Her accounting background has paid huge dividends to buyers in securing the most favorable mortgage arrangements.
A firm believer in gaining as much real estate knowledge as possible in order to better assist her clients, Kathy holds the GRI, CRS and ABR designations. She is also e-certified and has a real estate Brokers license. She is a member of First Baptist Church and has served in the pre-school ministry. Kathy and Dick have 4 children and 4 grandchildren and love to watch the grandkids in whatever type of ballgame they may be playing. She has been known to slip away with her husband to their private 10 acre lake and fish as long as Dick will take her fish off the hook. Asked if she ever out fished her husband, she just smiles and says "No Comment".

William Parker has set his sites to know as much history as he can. He has personally visited over forty battlefields in fifteen countries. His favorite hobby is Civil War relic hunting and battlefield archeology. He also collects antiques and enjoys studying the history behind them.
Born in Nashville and venturing over to Clarksville, there have been many opportunities within driving distance for William to live out his passion. With Ft. Donelson so close by, William has been able to take the time to explore and do what he loves.
William was also in the military and served as a Counter Intelligence Agent during Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Provide Comfort. He and his wife Tina are currently active in their church and a member of several organizations including the Montgomery County Historical Society, Cumberland River Archeological Society and the Tennessee Military Collector's Association. He also participates in living history events and is a member of the 50th Tennessee Infantry (CSA).
William has been in real estate since 1997 and has consistently closed over one million dollars in volume each year. He continues his education and has received his ABR, GRI and CRS. The glue that holds our operation together has to be Norma and Tammy. Our two unlicensed assistants are responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Littleton Group.
Norma is married to Alan, a Manufacturing Engineer. They have 2 daughters: Amy and Angela. They are proud grandparents of three grandchildren. In Norma's spare time she enjoys working in her yard. Norma and Alan are actively involved in the Corvettes of Clarksville Club.
Tammy is married to Danny, a Sheriffs Deputy for the Robertson County Sheriffs Department. They also have 2 children: Danny Ray age 13 and Matthew 9. In Tammy's spare time she enjoys watching her boys play sports and scrapbooking.
