About the Littleton Group
Dick Littleton has his "F List" in order. First comes his Faith as a dedicated Christian, ordained deacon at First Baptist Church a Gideon, and a member of the board of directors of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Next is his Family including wife and partner Kathy, 4 grown children and 6 very special grandchildren. After that are the Friends that he has made in his 60+ years. Finally comes Fishing, something Dick has enjoyed since boyhood. He makes some productive fishing lures, paid part of his college tuition as a fishing guide and has won several bass tournaments over the years.
He's pretty good in real estate, too. Since 1986 he has closed over 3500 transactions and in 2002 received "The Legend" designation through Prudential Real Estate. He received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2007 and is Past President of the Clarksville Association of Realtors. He holds the Fine Home Specialist and e-Certified Designations. Don't expect to find Dick in a coat and tie. He says that he's sold far more homes in his blue jeans than in his marrying and burying clothes.
Prior to entering real estate in 1986, he spent 18 years in public education including 13 years in administration at the college level. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from Austin Peay State University and is an active supporter of his alma mater. A sports fan, he enjoys basketball, football and watching the Tennessee Titans. He is also a founding director at Legends Bank.
Dick is licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky.

When it comes to having a "Green Thumb", Kathy Littleton is at the head of the class. Raised as a city girl, Kathy and husband Dick moved to the country 19 years ago and she has amazed friends with her uncanny ability to grow beautiful flowers. Her days away from the office find her in one of her numerous flower gardens adding color and beauty to the landscape. Besides being an accomplished gardener, Kathy is also a very competitive tennis player and constantly frustrates her opponents by running down shots where others would give up and concede the point.
Kathy left a successful insurance career in 1995 to join her husband in real estate. She soon discovered a special knack for reviewing and revising floor plans to give the buyer more living and storage space. According to her, "Men keep designing houses for women to buy so I make my changes the way a woman would want them". She prefers working with buyers and helping them match their housing needs to the best available properties. Her accounting background has paid huge dividends to buyers in securing the most favorable mortgage arrangements.
A firm believer in gaining as much real estate knowledge as possible in order to better assist her clients, Kathy holds the SRES, GRI, CRS and ABR designations. She is also e-certified and has a real estate Brokers license. She is a member of First Baptist Church and has served in the pre-school ministry. Kathy and Dick have 4 children and 6 grandchildren and love to watch the grandkids in whatever type of sport they may be playing. She has been known to slip away with her husband to their private 10 acre lake and fish as long as Dick will take her fish off the hook. Asked if she ever out fished her husband, she just smiles and says "No Comment".

New to the real estate arena, Larry Evans is not new to the Clarksville community. As an Austin Peay Graduate and former Ft. Campbell soldier Larry relates to many of the folks that have moved to this area. Clarksville has been home for 30 years and its small town atmosphere yet progressive movement towards a more metropolitan community has really impressed him.
Larry is a hardworking, family oriented man. Elaine, his wife and Larry have two daughters but Ben is the only grandson. Spending time reading with Ben and just hanging out makes the both of them quite happy. Other times working in the yard and doing crossword puzzles gives lots of pleasure to Larry’s quieter moments. Listening to music of all kinds and watching historical films contribute to the more complex side of his character.
Intensely loyal and Dependable, Larry says he loves his country, God, church, family and friends. He meets people easily and wants you to know he is, “A Realtor who is working for you.”

The glue that holds our operation together has to be Tammy. Our unlicensed assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operation of The Littleton Group.
Tammy is married to Danny, a Sheriffs Deputy for the Robertson County Sheriffs Department. The have 2 children: Danny Ray age 16 and Matthew 13. In Tammy's spare time she enjoys watching her boys play sports and scrapbooking.
