"Just wanted to drop you a note to commend your company on two of your sales associates that my husband and I had the pleasure to work with back in October, 2002.
We currently are living in California and want to retire to Clarksville, our hometown. I contacted Dick Littleton by email and told him of our plans to purchase a house in Clarksville. We told him the type of home we were looking for, the location, amount we wanted to spend and advised him when we would be in Clarksville for a vacation on a particular date.
When we arrived in Clarksville, Dick had set up a meeting along with collecting several listings of available homes for us to view. He made it very easy for us!
The next day we were leaning toward one other house and Dick advised that we go with Kathy for the next visit for a different perspective. She was wonderful!
I cannot tell you how happy my husband and I were with the professionalism along with the genuine personal caring that these two people put into their work.
House buying is very traumatic not to mention the long distance that we were dealing with. They have gone out of their way to make this complicated, long distance transaction very easy.
You need more people like them. Anyone who is looking for a home in Clarksville should be working with either Dick or Kathy Littleton!

"We can't say enough about Dick and Kathy. They are truly a dynamic duo. They are both knowledgeable and caring individuals. Dick is a fantastic sales person. From his ability to analyze a property's value, (our house sold in less than a week!) to his descriptions of a property - he's a consummate sales person. But, most importantly he's a good person and very easy to talk to about housing, fishing and life in general.
I've heard is said that behind every great man is a great woman. Kathy is that great woman. Kathy is the heart of The Littleton Group (and the brains, too! Sorry Dick!). She too, is an amazing package. She interprets blue prints like a pro, can soothe a frazzled homeowners nerves and is still a devoted wife, and mother and grandmother. I truly feel sorry for anyone building a house without her. Kathy was our savior. (She literally had to hold our hands.) She shopped for lighting and flooring with us. She is amazing. I found that doing what Kathy advised was always the best thing. She has great taste and was helpful when making choices for our homes' interior.
Prudential is very blessed to have these two wonerderful people in their organization. We recommend them highly and to anyone. They are simply the best.
